Magnesium supports the regulation of calcium transport and its absorption. By stimulating the release of calcitonin, it contributes to the absorption of calcium into the bones and promotes the optimal supply of minerals to the bones. Together with ATP, magnesium supports cellular energy metabolism. It also supports the function of nerves and muscles. This preparation contains magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of this important mineral.
INGREDIENTS
Dosage: 2 tablets
Ingredients per dosage:
- Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 400 mg (112%*)
- Sodium 10 mg
Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, silicon dioxide, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin.

APPLICATION
Take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal – or as directed by your doctor or alternative practitioner.
