What exactly is Magnesium Citrate?
Magnesium Citrate is an organic magnesium compound with a high bioavailability. It can therefore be absorbed particularly well by the body, where it can develop its effect.[1]

Dosage: 2 tablets
Ingredients per dosage:
- Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 400 mg (106.6% *)
- Sodium 10 mg
- Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable glycerin. Contains ingredients that may cause color and appearance to change over time.
Free from: gluten, wheat, soy, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners

APPLICATION
Solgar recommends that adults take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with food, unless otherwise directed by a doctor. Or after consultation with your doctor/alternative practitioner.
