Ingredients per dosage:
- Psyllium husks 610 mg
Ingredients: Psyllium husks (Plantago ovata Forssk.), coating agent: gelatine (bovine; capsule)
USE
Take one (1) capsule per day with at least 250 ml of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
Please ensure that you drink sufficient fluids when taking this product.
