What is psyllium?
Psyllium is the Latin name for psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata). Ground husks of the Indian psyllium seed were used for Now Foods Psyllium Husk . Psyllium husks contain significant amounts of fiber and mucilage, which swell when combined with water[1].

USE
Now Foods recommends taking two (2) vegan capsules two (2) to three (2) times daily with 250 ml of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/healthcare practitioner.
