One can of L-Methionine Now Foods contains 100 capsules of the essential amino acid L-methionine. Each dose contains 1000 mg L-methionine and 20 mg vitamin B6.
What is L-methionine and what effect does it have?
L-methionine is a sulphur-containing amino acid and cannot be produced by the body itself. The amino acid is absorbed through food and is required for the formation of numerous proteins . L-methionine also supports the production of glutathione.

USE
Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach – or as advised by your doctor or healthcare practitioner.
