Ingredients per dosage:
- Water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate
APPLICATION
Spray 2-5 times onto the skin and massage into the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and is quickly absorbed. There may be some white residue around the applied areas; this is just salt residue that can be wiped off. For a foot soak, add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
