What is quercetin?

Quercetin is a secondary plant substance, more precisely a flavonoid. It can be found in many plants and foods, for example in apples, berries, onions, green tea and red wine^[1].

What is bromelain?

Bromelain is the name of an enzyme mixture that occurs naturally in pineapples, both in the fruit and in the stem. The pineapple enzyme also belongs to the group of proteases, which are responsible for breaking down proteins.

USE

Now Foods recommends taking 2 capsules daily 20 minutes before a meal with plenty of water. People with sensitive stomachs should take the capsules with meals. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
