Ingredients: Cholecalciferol (from lanolin), extra virgin olive oil, coating agent: gelatine (bovine; BSE-free; capsule); humectant: glycerol; water, safflower oil

USE
Take 1 softgel every 10 days with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor or alternative practitioner.
