INGREDIENTS
Dosage: 5 tablets
- Calcium (as calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium gluconate) 1000mg (125%*)
- Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate) 400mg (107%*)
- Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, citric acid, vegetable glycerine, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.
- Free from: Gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives.

APPLICATION
Solgar recommends that you take five (5) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
