- Psyllium powder 750mg
- Oat bran 710mg
- Apple pectin powder 40mg
Ingredients: Psyllium powder (Plantago ovata Forssk.), oat bran (Avena sativa L.), apple pectin powder, coating agent: gelatine (bovine; capsule); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; rice flour

USE
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water (250ml). Please ensure that you drink sufficient fluids while taking the capsules. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
