- Vitamin K2 (MK-4 [menaquinone-4]) 1,500 mcg 2000%*
- Vitamin K2 (as natural MK-7 [menaquinone-7]) 180 mcg 240%*
Ingredients: Cholecalciferol, phylloquinone, menaquinone-4, menaquinone-7, olive oil, glazing agent: gelatine (bovine; capsule); water, humectant: glycerol; colorant: caramel
Contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy products, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/nuts.

Not suitable for people taking anticoagulants.
APPLICATION
Take 1 softgel every 2 days with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor or alternative practitioner.
