When you buy Glutathione Reduced from Jarrow Formulas, you get 60 vegan capsules with L-glutathione in active (reduced) form. One capsule provides you with 500mg of reduced glutathione.
The capsules are easy to take thanks to their smooth surface . They are also vegan, gluten-free and produced without genetically modified ingredients .
What is glutathione?
Glutathione (GSH) is a sulphur-containing tripeptide (protein molecule) made up of three amino acids :
- Glutamic acid
- glycine
- cysteine
The tripeptide can be produced by the body itself in the liver . It has good bioavailability due to its solubility in water . Glutathione is also characterized by its antioxidant properties , with which it can neutralize free radicals [1].
A protein-rich diet can support the body’s own production of L-glutathione . However, there are also good sources of glutathione among foods: Avocados, broccoli, potatoes, tomatoes and more[2].

Ingredients: L-glutathione (reduced), bulking agent: methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)
No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish / shellfish, no peanuts / tree nuts.
USE
Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
