Jarrow Formulas Res veratrol is an extract from the root of the Japanese knotweed(“Tiger Cane”), also known as Polygonum cuspidatum . The product contains at least 90% resveratrol in the synthetic and stable form of the polyphenol trans-resveratrol.
The resveratrol preparation from Jarrow Formulas is suitable for vegans and vegetarians . The highly concentrated form of the preparation allows you to take just one capsule a day.
What is resveratrol?
Resveratrol is a secondary plant substance that belongs to the group of polyphenols and is said to have antioxidant properties . The grape skin contains a high concentration of resveratrol, and it is also found in smaller quantities in the grape seeds and roots of the vine[1].
