RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Take 1 capsule daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime with plenty of water.
Melatonin can cause drowsiness. Please do not take when driving or operating machinery. Do not combine with alcohol.
People with autoimmune diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney problems are advised not to take melatonin. Do not take if you are taking sleeping pills, antidepressants or other medication.
