Ingredients: Ferrous bisglycinate (Ferrochel™), rice flour, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or sesame. Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 capsule every 2 days before a meal with plenty of water. Or as directed by your physician/healthcare practitioner.
