Ingredients: Thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, L-methyltetrahydrofolate, cyanocobalamin, D-biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, choline bitartrate, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), bulking agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable source); glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or sesame. Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Take 1 tablet every 4 days with plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
