Chios Gum Mastic is the resin extracted from the trunk of Pistacia lentiscus, a tree native to the island of Chios in Greece.

Ingredients: Mastic (resin; Pistacia lentiscus), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide
USAGE:
Nutricology recommends taking 1-2 veg. capsules twice daily between meals. Or after consultation with your doctor/healthcare practitioner.
