- Free from: Gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial colors.

APPLICATION
Solgar recommends that adults take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
