Ingredients per dosage:
- Vitamin A 375 mcg (47% *)
- Vitamin D 3.4 mcg (135 IU) (68% *)
Other ingredients: cod liver oil, gelatine, vegetable glycerine, retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol, mixed tocopherols.
Contains fish (cod).
Free from: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and colors.

APPLICATION:
Solgar recommends that adults take one (1) softgel up to three times daily, preferably with meals.
