If you order Solgar Omega-3 950, you will receive 100 Omega 3 soft capsules. One capsule contains a dosage of 950 mg Omega-3, which provides 504 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 378 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
What is Omega 3?
Omega-3 fatty acids are long-chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids that are important for health role play. Two important representatives are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
