Ingredients: cholecalciferol (from lanolin), linseed oil, coating agent: gelatine (bovine; capsule); humectant: glycerine; purified water

APPLICATION
Take 1 softgel every 5 days with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
